I graduated from University of Radio Electronics (Kharkov/Ukraine) as an Industrial Design Engineer in 1992.

Strong Web design and layout skills
Understanding of web site content generation and management, information architecture
Familiarity with usability engineering principles
Strong Print design and Typography skills
Advanced knowledge of HTML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript with an understanding browser/internet server settings and implications of a variety of bandwidth environments
Photoshop 7, Illustrator 10, Dreamweaver MX, Flash MX and Corel tools
Understanding of general promotional, branding and positioning concepts.
Working knowledge of color management issues and offset printing
Experience with digital photography, including photo retouching and co lour correction
Ability to work co-operatively with a team
Project management experience leading a web site.
Respond quickly to web site problems outside normal working hours
Good knowledge of PHP, ASP and Perl
Strong understanding of communication between Flash, HTML and back-end databases
Good database programming skills with MySQL, SQL Server and Access
Experience working on multiple platforms including UNIX, Linux, and Windows
